From the moment I called the customer service was excellent! They were wonderful at accommodating us with a video tour of the trailer, sharing specs and walking us through all the steps to acquire the trailer. They followed up when we asked for additional information and accommodated us when we asked for an additional spare tire for the long trip. Mark did a great job of helping us design our new 4 Star trailer with living quarters.  We’ve used it all summer and fall and we absolutely love it. Best experience ever.  Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable through the trade process .  They took the time to walk us through the "new" trailer , and we're so thorough with repairs , and completed all of them, down to the lightbulbs .
